6.  Return Flight Reservation. 

 

7.  NOC Issued by Employer/Company/University.

8.  Passport Copy First And Second Page.

9.  ID Card Copy ( A4 SIZE )

 

10.   FRC (Family Registration Certificate)

 

 

11.   marriage Certificate.

 

 

12.  Complete List of  your children (if any)
